3. Evidence-Grade Before You Buy
Rank candidates by strength of human evidence, not novelty or marketing.
The supplement market rewards novelty. Your biology does not. A 2017 International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand on creatine documents multi-decade RCT evidence for strength and high-intensity performance at defined doses.3 A 2021 ISSN position stand on caffeine does the same for alertness and endurance.4 These compounds are not interesting.
