Most Unfair issues reduce to one of four causes: missing permission, stale sync, invalid plan state, or subscription mismatch.
Doses not appearing in Journal
- Confirm the dose entry was saved
- Reopen Journal and wait for refresh
- Check HealthKit permission status
- Verify timestamp and unit were valid
Local journal storage should still show manual entries even when HealthKit writes fail.
Reminders not firing
Reminders require notification authorization, Smart Reminders enabled, and an active stack.
If one prerequisite is missing, pending reminders are removed.
Recommendation output looks off
Check goal, stimulant sensitivity, contraindication, and current supplement inputs in App Preferences.
Old profile values can keep recommendations anchored to outdated assumptions.
Pro features still locked
Confirm you are signed into the correct Apple ID, then use `Restore Purchases`.
If state still looks wrong, capture screenshots of the paywall state and contact support.
