Consistency Streaks

Last updatedApr 21, 2026

Consistency streaks in Unfair are computed from daily logging activity and can be viewed in multiple modes.

The Streak settings screen shows the three available modes and whether Allow 1 Miss is available for the current selection.

Available streak modes

Default mode tracks consecutive logged days. `There Is Only Now` tracks the current week only. `Focus On Year` tracks total logged days in the current year.

These modes are configurable in the Streak settings screen.

Allow one missed day

`Allow 1 Miss` lets one empty day pass without breaking a run in default and weekly modes.

When year mode is active, skip behavior is disabled.

How day counting works

Streak logic checks for activity on each day and starts from today or yesterday when today has no logs yet.

This avoids zeroing your streak every morning before first entry.

When streak values look wrong

Permission gaps or missing logs are the most common cause.

Check HealthKit Permissions and Dose Logging before deeper debugging.
