How adherence is computed

Journal stack sessions compare planned dose windows against logged doses for each day.

Each day reports planned, logged, missed windows, and an adherence percentage.

Journal currently builds a rolling two-week window, then groups events by day for review.

This is long enough to catch repeat misses without waiting for a full month.

Look for repeated misses at the same time window, not one-off misses.

If misses cluster around the same hour or day type, adjust cycle timing or dose windows before changing supplements.

Side effect notes and timing notes make trend review more useful because they explain why adherence dipped.
