Daily Recommendation Review

Updated February 22, 2026

This content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

Daily recommendation review is the short loop where you verify today’s plan before dose windows begin.

Fast daily loop

  1. Open You and read the top recommendation and rationale
  2. Confirm your active stack and dose windows for the day
  3. Log doses as taken and add notes only when needed
  4. Check Journal at day end for missed windows

This loop keeps decisions tied to execution data instead of memory.

What to review each morning

Confirm that your current goal and stimulant sensitivity settings still match your plan intent.

If they changed, your stored recommendation may need a profile refresh cycle.

What to review each evening

Look for missed windows and repeated timing friction.

One miss is noise. A repeated miss pattern is a planning issue and should trigger a cycle or timing change.
