How they work

Reminder schedules are stored on your phone and delivered by iOS.

This means reminders do not require a cloud account to appear.

Notification permission, Focus modes, and system settings can affect whether you see alerts on time.

If reminders are delayed or silent, check your iOS notification and Focus settings.

You can adjust cadence and timing in reminder settings.
