Onboarding goals map to outcome families such as focus, energy, sleep, immunity, and longevity.
Recommendation scoring checks supplement and stack outcome text against that goal mapping.
Turn goals into concrete checks
A goal should map to an observable behavior or symptom trend, not a vague intent.
Examples include afternoon focus stability, evening wind-down quality, or fewer missed morning doses.
Use one primary target at a time
Running too many targets at once makes interpretation weak.
Pick one primary outcome for your next cycle, then evaluate adherence and notes before adding another target.
