AI Recommendations

Updated February 22, 2026

This content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

AI recommendations in Unfair are structured stack and supplement rankings built from your profile and evidence metadata.

What recommendation output contains

The app stores recommended stacks, recommended supplements, rationale text, confidence values, and excluded IDs.

You see the actionable slice of that output on the You tab.

What AI recommendations are not

This system does not replace clinician review for medication interactions, contraindication screening, or emergency guidance.

Use it as decision support for planning and consistency, then verify with your own response data.

How to use recommendations well

  1. Start with one recommended stack
  2. Log doses with consistent units and timing
  3. Capture side effects when they appear
  4. Review adherence before changing many variables

Then use Rationale and Feedback to decide the next adjustment.
