What it does
Unfair can use Apple Health information to improve your recommendations and keep your logged doses in sync.
You stay in control
Apple Health access is optional and can be changed at any time in the Health app settings.
If you turn access off, Unfair still works for core local logging, but Apple Health syncing stops for the permissions you disabled.
